Per vehicle. The price depends on the number of passengers and the distance, and it is set before departure: no meter.

A private transfer from Marrakech-Menara airport to the medina costs €15 per vehicle by day (€20 at night, 11 pm to 6 am), for 1 to 7 passengers with their luggage. Allow €20 to €25 for Gueliz, Hivernage or the Palmeraie. The price is fixed and confirmed in advance.

Per vehicle (Mercedes Vito): Imlil and the High Atlas €100, Agafay at sunset €100, Ourika Valley €120, Essaouira €200. Merzouga desert 3 days €450, 4 days €550. Private tours: €150 per day, i.e. €1,050 for 7 days.

For an airport transfer, you pay on arrival, in cash, in euros or dirhams, with no deposit. For other journeys, payment terms are confirmed with the price.

For a day trip, a few days ahead is usually enough. For the desert and busy months (March to May, October, December), allow 1 to 2 weeks.

Yes. For multi-day and desert tours, cancellation is free up to 3 days before departure.

They wait for you right at the exit with a sign bearing your name. The day before, they send you the car’s colour and plate, and their number, on WhatsApp.

Your driver tracks your flight and adjusts their arrival time. The first 50 minutes of waiting are free.

Cars can’t enter the medina lanes. Your driver calls the riad and a porter comes to meet you and carry your luggage.

We pick you up 3 hours before your flight.

Yes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. From 11 pm to 6 am, the night rate applies.

A black Mercedes Vito for 7 passengers, with facing VIP seats and a large boot for 6 to 8 suitcases, and a Kia Sorento for 4 passengers and 3 large suitcases.

Plan on one large suitcase and one carry-on per traveller. The Vito easily fits up to 7 people packed like this; for 8, you need a second vehicle.

Only if we have agreed to it in writing before the trip.

Usually around 7 am, but you choose. There is no fixed return time: we bring you back to where we started.

Yes: the Ourika Valley in the morning and Agafay at sunset, for example, combine very well.

Yes, from 3 to 10 days, starting in Marrakech, Casablanca, Fez or Tangier and ending wherever your flight leaves. After our first exchange, we need about 30 minutes to send you the detailed itinerary and price.

Adding a stop along the way doesn’t change the price. If a change adds a lot of kilometres, we give you the new price before we set off.

Their room and meals are included in the price. You book your hotels and camps, or we book them for you if you prefer.
